Unfortunately is it the last day to visit the exhibition of Belgian artist Els Cools in Gallery van Duyse in Antwerp. Nevertheless her work is worthwhile posting. She lives and works in Denmark because the Danish adore her work as a children book illustrator. She won the prestigious book of the year award in the USA.

Next to the illustrating she is a dedicated painter. I adore her work it's so desolated and strong, her use of color and composition is outstanding!
I am off to visit it right now!
